Despite spending a lot of money on medication for my herpes infection, I wasn’t able to find a cure. Many doctors prescribed different medicines, but they couldn’t provide a solution. Fortunately, I learned about a doctor who treats herpes with herbal medicine. I decided to give it a try, and I’m thrilled I did. Now, I believe that herbal medicine is the answer for herpes, other STDs/STIs, and various health-threatening diseases. You can reach Dr. Akhere Herbal Home at 2347085994115 on call or WhatsApp, or visit his website to learn more about his products and find your cure: [Dr. Akhere Herbal Home](http://drakhereherbalhome.wixsite.com/website). Best wishes to everyone seeking solutions! — Sandra Wills, TX-USA

I’ve always been a bit skeptical about ‘detoxing’. After listening to the podcast episodes here, I’ve decided to try cutting out refined sugar for 10 days, even though I know it will be challenging. Being a baking enthusiast, I’m aware that my body might benefit from a short break from sugar. I also enjoy lemon, honey, and ginger tea. In my culture, we often make a similar warm drink with turmeric, milk, honey, ginger, and a few spices for colds. You can substitute non-dairy milk, too. That sounds delicious!
