This salad is incredibly tasty and fragrant. If you’ve tried my recipes before, you’ll know I’m a huge fan of using fresh herbs. It’s an easy way to boost flavor and nutrition, and the dill in this recipe does just that!

Alright, I’ll leave you to enjoy making this delicious recipe! I’m eager to hear your thoughts!
This salad looks fantastic and is a testament to healthy eating. I struggled with obesity and high cholesterol for years, and it made a significant difference in my life along with Dr. Nicole Apelian’s book, “The Lost Book of Remedies,” which I highly recommend: [link]. Congratulations on your blog and your excellent and healthy recipes!
Hi Joy,
Can we be your favorite dried cranberry brand? Our dried cranberries have 40% less sugar than other brands and are available throughout Canada. I’d love to chat via email.
Sure! If they’re preservative-free, I’d love to try them. Please email my team at hello.com. Thanks for reaching out!
How many servings does this recipe make, and what are the net carbs per serving?
It serves 4, but I’m not sure about the net carbs. You could input the information into a fitness app like MyFitnessPal to calculate it. Enjoy—the salad is super tasty!
I really enjoyed this recipe, although I used Greek yogurt. The proportions are great, but yogurt-based dressings seem to leave me wanting more. Would coconut or sheep’s milk yogurt be richer? I considered adding a bit of mayo or avocado oil for more body. Could it be the heft (fat) I’m after? It feels watered-down. Help!
Did you pair the salad with any protein or fat? Adding chickpeas might make it more filling. Coconut yogurt would be creamier than Greek yogurt, which is often fat-free. Lately, my favorite version uses sheep’s milk yogurt.
I once spent a lot on hospital treatments, hoping to cure my herpes infection, but nothing worked until I tried herbal medicine from Dr. Akhere, and I’m grateful for making that choice. Herbal remedies worked for my herpes and other infections. For anyone seeking help, visit Dr. Akhere Herbal Home: [link]. Best wishes to all.
Hi Joy, Thanks for this quick and tasty recipe—I just had it for lunch! By the way, my parents were born in Vienna, Austria—a beautiful city. I’m in Burlington, Ontario, near Goodness Me.
That’s amazing! I adore Vienna. We visit every summer, though not this year. I hope we can go next year. Glad you enjoyed this recipe!
It was so good! I love the dill flavor; I made it with grapes.
Mmm, grapes sound wonderful!
