As the seasons change, many of us naturally feel the urge to refresh our surroundings by tidying up our homes and clearing out clutter. This past weekend, I cleaned out the fridge, wiped down all the windows, and even tidied up the car. It felt amazing!

Just like our homes, our bodies need a fresh start too, especially after spending so much time indoors during the winter. With less physical activity, limited sunlight, and a tendency to eat more carb-heavy foods, it’s easy for toxins to build up in our systems.
