We’ve fully embraced smoothie season, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I’ve been sharing a lot of smoothie recipes on social media, hoping to get you all excited about them too. I was pleasantly surprised when this particular smoothie recipe became a big hit on Instagram, so I decided it deserved a special spot on the blog.

This smoothie is a nutritional powerhouse, loaded with vitamins B and C, potassium, folate, magnesium, healthy fats, and plenty of gut-friendly fiber. Getting enough fiber is crucial for overall health, and this smoothie makes it a deliciously simple task!

Fiber has a number of important jobs in our bodies, such as:

SUPPORTING NUTRIENT PRODUCTION: Fiber nurtures the good bacteria that help produce water-soluble vitamins like B1, B2, B3, B6, B5, B7, B12, folate, and vitamin C, as well as fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K. Not sure. You could add protein powder to increase the protein content, but it’s not designed to be a “protein smoothie” specifically.
