Frozen Fudge with Chocolate and Almond Butter

When I was a kid, I had a special love for traditional fudge. There was this adorable little fudge shop in a quaint town about an hour and a half away from where we lived. Every now and then, my parents would take us on a road trip there, and naturally, we’d get our hands on some delicious fudge.

I’ve crafted my own version that’s just as tasty—if not more so—without the refined sugar, and it’s every bit as memorable! My entire family goes crazy for this freezer fudge.

This delightful fudge is creamy, rich, and incredibly satisfying. Plus, it’s dairy-free! Made with a delightful blend of almond butter, maple syrup, and full-fat coconut milk, it has a smooth, velvety texture that melts in your mouth. With Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts and raw cacao powder, it gets a delicious nutritional lift, making it both tasty and nourishing. Whether you sprinkle on chocolate chips or chopped almonds, every bite is sheer bliss.

Is there a better combination than almond butter or peanut butter with chocolate? Let me think… nope, I don’t think so.

This Chocolate Freezer Fudge truly shines with:

– Added Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts, which boost its plant-based protein and make it truly plant-powered!

Here’s the recipe:

– Makes 12 servings. *I suggest starting with the smaller amount and tasting it to see if you want it sweeter. I find 1/4 cup sweet enough.
– **Use all the cream and some of the liquid. If the cream and liquid are mixed, just pour half the can into the blender.
– Start with a 489mL can of coconut milk.
