I’ve been relying on natural beauty products for years, and their effectiveness has significantly improved over time. I confidently believe there’s no reason not to choose natural options for your skincare routine!
Due to my susceptibility to rosacea and eczema, I’m very cautious about what I apply to my skin. I also tread carefully with essential oils, as many can be irritating—even if they’re natural, it doesn’t automatically mean they’re beneficial. With that in mind, I use natural products featuring simple, mostly organic ingredients.
Benefits of Natural Skincare:
I’ve shared my latest video detailing my summer skincare routine, with links to all the products below. If you have any questions, feel free to comment!
Wishing you healthy and bright skin this summer!

Hi Joy, I loved the information! I’m curious, do you use an exfoliant? If yes, what would you recommend?
I realized I forgot to mention something—likely because I only use it once weekly: the Consonant DHE mask. Here’s the link: https://consonantskincare.com/products/dhe-mask-75ml. Use the same code to save on my post!

Hi Joy,
I’ve been dealing with rosacea recently. I prefer simple routines without too many steps or products. Which options do you think are most effective for this?
Thank you,
Tina
Hi Tina! The most crucial aspect of managing rosacea is your diet and lifestyle. I’m planning to create a video and blog post about this soon. Meanwhile, I recently started using a new face lotion that I mix with Hydrextreme by Iremia. You can check them out here: https://iremiaskincare.ca/

Hi Joy, thanks for the video. Are these products safe to use during pregnancy and nursing?
Yes, absolutely. As I mentioned in my video, they’re free from parabens, petrochemical ingredients, and other potentially harmful substances. I used many of these products during my pregnancy, including the body butter all over my belly, and even on my daughter from birth.

Hi Joy,
Do you have any recommendations for products that help with dark circles and puffiness around the eyes? I’ve tried many products but haven’t noticed any significant improvements.
Hi Kelly, checking your diet might help. Dark circles are often linked to food sensitivities—such as corn, soy, dairy, gluten, or sugar—or low iron levels. Low adrenal function can also contribute. Have you tried a lymphatic facial before? It can help, and they can teach you how to do it yourself. Consider trying a jade roller, too; I’d recommend using it daily. I have one from Province Apothecary I use whenever I experience puffiness. Here’s the link: https://provinceapothecary.ca/products/jade-roller?_pos=2&_sid=c37fbe521&_ss=r. Hope that helps! Hi Joy,
I’m loving the new routine! Using all three products together has made a big difference. I have rosacea and sensitive, slightly dry, mature skin. My redness is much reduced, and my skin appreciates the extra moisture. Do you follow this same routine in winter?
I’m thrilled you’re enjoying the products! After posting the video, I bought a lotion specifically for rosacea, and I’m very satisfied with it. It’s thicker than the Consonant lotion, making it ideal for the winter months. Here it is: https://iremiaskincare.ca/products/soothing-lotion?variant=5282397945890

Great video! I’m looking for an eye cream to reduce wrinkles—any recommendations?
Instead of an eye cream, I recommend using collagen and a serum with hyaluronic acid. Note that collagen enhances HA production.
Thank you for your response! Where can I purchase it, or what website do you recommend?
For collagen, check out genuinehealth.com.

Thanks for mentioning the significance of a serum in a skincare routine, as it acts like a vitamin for your complexion. It’s essential to select one tailored to your specific skin needs to provide the right ingredients for beautifying or tightening. My mom will appreciate this as she plans to purchase skincare products this weekend. Thanks for sharing insights from fierybread’s skincare routine.
