Pink Superfood Latte

Pink Superfood Latte

This pink superfood latte isn’t just pretty; it tastes amazing too! I’ve tried many beautiful-looking superfood lattes at different cafes, only to find they don’t taste as good as they look. But this one truly delivers.

Lately, I’m all about anything pink, which explains my love for this latte. Pink feels like happiness and contentment to me, and since becoming obsessed, I’ve been wearing lots of pink shirts—though the photo below might not show it.

When winter rolls around, I’m all about warm drinks like Turmeric Latte, Matcha Latte, or a Rise and Shine Latte. Nothing beats the comfort of a warm beverage while working at the office.

The recipe uses simple ingredients that are super nourishing, packed with antioxidants, vitamin C, and anti-inflammatory compounds. For that lovely pink color, use organic raspberry powder (my top choice), pomegranate, or beet powder. Each adds a distinct look, but raspberry powder is my favorite. You can find links to the raspberry, pomegranate, and beet powders in the article.

For a frothy latte, blend the ingredients in a high-power blender. This will make it foamy, and the coconut butter adds creaminess, so don’t skip it! No additional milk is needed. I recommend Nutiva’s coconut butter, which is also great on toast or pancakes.

Maple syrup adds a touch of sweetness. If you use beet powder, you might want to add a bit more syrup since raspberry powder is naturally sweet.

For extra foam, use a milk frother or espresso machine steamer with your favorite nut or oat milk. A sprinkle of raspberry powder on top is a must! This recipe serves two.
